Description
Juicy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers brushed with creamy chili sauce and grilled or air-fried to perfection. Sweet, spicy, and irresistible!
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tsp Sriracha
2 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F or grill to medium-high.
2. Cut chicken into even cubes and season with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Thread chicken onto skewers and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
5. Brush half of the sauce over chicken before cooking.
6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Brush with remaining sauce before serving for extra flavor.
Notes
For extra juiciness, marinate the chicken for 1–2 hours before cooking.
You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
